Nelson started Kent-Salsa in February 2002
A bit of him and where he teaches:
From Lisbon-Portugal, he has been living in the UK since 1999. He has been dancing salsa, merengue, Kizomba, Lambada, samba and other styles of dancing since young age. He started teaching salsa and merengue in Barcelona-Spain 1997 "Bar Suenos". In the UK he started teaching salsa at the "Loft bar " in Maidstone-Kent in 2002. UKA diploma, Nelson also did a course for teaching qualification City and Guilds 7407 through Kent Council/Adult Education Centre. Style: LA style ON 1 plus he added a bit more flavour on to his moves which makes it smooth and easy to follow. Currently he teaches mainly in the Kent area and regularly he is invited to teach as a guest teacher to other salsa venues outside Kent and also abroad.
